When will I receive my order?
To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Crystalnova.co.za delivers products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Therefore, delivery might take a bit longer than you're used to. Your order typically takes 1-2 business days to be processed correctly. The average delivery time to South Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom is about 4-6 business days.

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. Have you waited 3 days beyond the original delivery timeframe and still haven’t received your order? Then please send an email to: info@crystalnova.co.za

Some items are missing from my order. Why?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, it’s possible that the items you ordered come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not be delivered together.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during delivery. As a customer, you are not at fault for this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@crystalnova.co.za. It’s essential to take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email.
Please do not return the item without sharing the photos with us. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide an appropriate solution otherwise. Our customer service team will respond to your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
This applies if you bought the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item.
First, contact our customer service team (info@crystalnova.co.za). We’ll determine the best solution for you. If a return is necessary, you will only need to cover the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
