Received a Defective Product?
We understand how disappointing this can be. Unfortunately, products can occasionally be damaged during transit. In such cases, we will send a new package free of charge the first time. However, we cannot issue a refund. If it happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Lost a Package?
